We will take every precaution to protect vegetation - some discolorization may occur

Chemicals will be used to reach the deepest and longest lasting clean

All estimates have the use of chemicals considered

All furniture and clutter should be removed before our arrival. An additional fee may be applied if not

All items that can be damaged either by use of chemicals or pressurized water should be removed prior to service

Pictures will be taken prior to service of any concerning wear on the home to (but not limited to) limit liability for New Again Pressure Washing

It is recommended that all pets remain inside while service is being provided

If available, run irrigation system for 10 minutes after service to provide the best atmosphere for all plants and grasses
